Cancel subscription separately
Parents can delete the family account in the Kido Habits iOS app.
In-App Steps
- Open Kido Habits as a parent.
- Open Settings.
- Open Account Management.
- Select Delete Account.
- Reauthenticate if the app asks you to confirm your account.
- Confirm deletion.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting the family account removes family data and associated personal data from Kido Habits records, including parent and child profile records, tasks, rewards, wishes, submissions, child login codes, support request records, and family media stored by Kido Habits.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Kido Habits account does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription. If you have Premium, cancel it separately in Apple ID subscription settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
If You Cannot Access the App
If you cannot access the app, contact support@kidohabits.app from the email address associated with your parent account, if possible.
