What to Include
If you contact support from the app, Kido Habits may create a support request code. This code helps us find the right account without putting raw account identifiers, child names, access codes, or Firebase IDs in email.
What Not to Send
Please do not include sensitive information in support messages. Do not send child login codes, raw account IDs, family IDs, child IDs, full screenshots with private family content, or payment card details.
Purchases
Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple. If Premium is active but not visible in the app, use Restore Purchases first. If that does not help, contact support and include your app version, iOS version, and support request code if available.
Account Deletion
Parents can delete the family account in the app. See Delete Account for instructions.
